What you will learn

How to find commercial investments. 

Modules 1 through to 4 will help you gain insight into where to find the best commercial deals. You will learn where to find the right agents, how to find off mark deals and what criteria makes a strong commercial investment. You will also be given access to downloadable tools across these modules that will allow you to analyse deals to ensure your figures stack.

How to fill commercial investments.

Modules 5 and 6 cover leases: structure, due diligence and finding suitable tenants. The course educates you about the power of asset management and shows you have to add value through simple paper exercises.

How to fund commercial investments.

Funding commercial projects can often feel overwhelming when you don’t know how. Modules 7-8 focus on funding strategies and opportunities including the ability to invest SASS or SIPP pensions directly into commercial investments.
