With a broad range of property and business experience, and having led teams and managed multimillion pound commercial property portfolios, in 2016 I decided to start my own consultancy and build my own portfolio of commercial property investments.

Having started with just £10,000 in cash, I’ve gone on to build a £3million commercial property portfolio (leveraging other people’s money), and have taught hundreds of others how to strategically and effectively invest in commercial property.

I’ve gotten a bit of a reputation for my no-nonsense style, and my approach focuses on plain-English explanations, practical strategies and teaching investors how to avoid common (and costly) mistakes.
