What it is: Full-service deal sourcing supported from start to finish with 1:1 access to our surveyors.

We will get you a faster result, keeping you and your hard earned capital safe. We will source the property, do all the due diligence and analysis, negotiate the best terms, support you through the legal process, and hand you a complete asset management plan showing you exactly how to uphold and add value once you own it.

You also get access to Kirsty’s Commercial Property Masterclass (worth £2,000+), monthly progress calls, and introductions to our professional network (solicitors, brokers, building surveyors, contractors).

Acquisition Service 1.5% – 2.5% of purchase price (min £6,000 + VAT)

What it is: We find you a commercial property that fits your criteria, do all the due diligence and analysis, negotiate the deal, agree heads of terms, and hand it over to your solicitor.

Our involvement ends once heads of terms are agreed and solicitors are instructed.

Mentoring Programme £1,500/month (min 3 months up to 12 months)

What it is: An intensive group mentoring programme (max 12 people) where you learn how to build a commercial property portfolio from the ground up.

You get one full day per month of group mentoring (remote via zoom), monthly deal clinics, 1:1 strategy calls at key milestones, a full 1:1 day with Kirsty of accompanied viewings in your investment area, and daily access to the KD Commercial team via a private WhatsApp group or 1:1 calls and emails when you need advice or support.

You also get access to Kirsty’s professional network, Nimbus Maps data portal (saving you £5,400 pa), document templates, deal analysers, and priority access to off-market deals.

If you’re committed to building a commercial portfolio

(not just testing the waters), the Mentoring Programme is the most intensive way to work with us. You’ll get hands-on support, accountability, and direct access to Kirsty and the team as you source, analyse, and complete deals over 3-12 months.
