Once heads of terms are agreed, we instruct your solicitor and hand the deal over to you.

STEP 1:
We’ll discuss your criteria in detail – location, property type, budget, yield expectations, and any deal-breakers.
STEP 2:
Chris and his team use their agent network and market knowledge to find properties that fit. We’ll send you fully analysed options with all the details you need.
STEP 3:
Once you’ve chosen a property, we negotiate terms and get heads of terms agreed with the seller.
STEP 4:
We instruct your solicitor with the agreed heads of terms and you take it from there.
Our Acquisition Fee is calculated as a percentage of the purchase price:
The fee is payable in two stages:
The fee is payable when heads of terms are agreed, regardless of whether the deal completes. If the transaction falls through for reasons beyond your control, we’ll source an alternative property at no additional cost. That’s our guarantee. Fees can be paid via SIPP/SSAS if you’re investing pension funds.

He previously worked for CBRE and Boots (where he worked with Kirsty for 9 years) and has deep knowledge of the Midlands, South West, and Scottish markets.
When he’s not sourcing deals, you’ll find him walking his dog Lottie in North Devon or planning his next ski trip.
