It’s a structured programme where you’ll source deals, make offers, complete purchases, and build a commercial portfolio – with expert guidance at every step.

Pre-Programme Masterclass Before you even start, you’ll complete Kirsty’s online masterclass “Transitioning into Commercial Property” – 8 modules, 16 hours. This ensures everyone starts with a baseline level of knowledge.

Kick-Start Strategy Call (1.5 hours) One-to-one with Kirsty to define your goals, assess your starting point, and map out your strategy for the 18 months ahead.

Monthly Full-Day Group Mentoring One full day per month (10am – 5pm) via Zoom or in-person in Birmingham.

Each session includes:

  • 1.5 – 2 hour deal clinic analysing opportunities you’ve found
  • Individual progress reviews and action planning
  • Roundtable masterminding with the group

Six-Month Progress Calls 1:1 calls with Kirsty to review your progress, adjust strategy, and plan your next moves.

Accompanied Property Viewings (Full Day) Kirsty or Chris will spend a full day with you in your chosen investment area – viewing properties, meeting agents, and helping you understand what to look for on the ground. (Month 5)

MONTH 1:

Kick-start strategy call with Kirsty. First group session. Start building your deal pipeline.

MONTHS 2-5:

Monthly group sessions. Deal clinics. Building agent relationships. Making offers. Getting deals under contract.

MONTH 5:

Full day of accompanied viewings in your investment area, clarity and confidence..

MONTHS 6-10:

Continue sourcing and analysing deals. Complete your first purchase. 6-month progress review with Kirsty.

MONTHS 10-12:

Scale up. Work on your second deal. Finalise your ongoing strategy.

AFTER 12 MONTHS:

You’ll have a portfolio, a strategy, and the confidence to keep building without needing ongoing support.

PRICING

Minimum fee: £6,000 + VAT

Fees can be paid via SIPP or SSAS as consultancy fees if you’re using pension funds to invest.

For business partners: The second place is offered at 50% of the full fee.
